Cultural memory and cultural experiences are a form of informal learning about the creation of new values ​​after crises. The European Union’s Recovery and Resilience Plan was adopted in 2021 in order to systematically approach the challenges of a new economic boom based on European cultural heritage. In the wake of the European Union plan, the Republic of Croatia adopted the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, and the conversation is an introduction to the topic discussed by experts from the creative industry.

NFO participated in the construction trade fair and conference on construction culture and sustainable development. In the conversation, education is set as the foundation for successful recovery and future resilience of the European Union, as well as a form of learning about overcoming crises and translating them into incentives for the growth and development of society.
